What the contact form collects

When you send a consult request, the form collects your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. Nothing else is asked for.

Why it is collected

Only to read and respond to your request. It is not used for marketing lists, newsletters, or anything unrelated to your inquiry.

Where it goes

Your submission is sent as an email to Captain Heath Trerice at hmtrerice@gmail.com. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email-sending service that transmits the message on the site’s behalf. The site itself has no database and does not store your submission.

Like any website, the hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. The contact form briefly uses your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions; it is not saved.

How long it is kept

Your message stays in the owner’s email inbox for as long as it is needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.

No sale, no tracking

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. This site uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only thing it stores is your dismissal of the cookie notice, saved in your own browser’s local storage so the notice doesn’t reappear. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Deleting your information

To ask for your message and contact details to be deleted, email hmtrerice@gmail.com. Your request will be handled promptly.
